Why it was not delivered

Two thirds of the refusals are an input defect (an order with no root post), not poor execution. That is exactly what the counter exposes.

Where nothing is measured

• gpb-dash / sites — not measured. no external-visit counter: backend.log records requests but does not distinguish an outside reader from our own loop, so no number is given

No zero is substituted where nothing can be measured: it says "not measured".
